Description

Lake Manyara National Park, situated in northern Tanzania, is renowned for its diverse ecosystems, abundant wildlife, and stunning landscapes. The park spans approximately 330 square kilometers (125 square miles), with Lake Manyara itself covering about two-thirds of the park's area. This shallow alkaline lake is a vital habitat for a variety of bird species and other wildlife.
